This calendar shows current reservations for the Rocky Butte Chapel sanctuary (main stage) use.

*Please note: Not all Mannahouse events may be reflected or updated on this calendar display. This is a guide for PBC reservation requests and is not the full authoritative Mannahouse facility use schedule.

Reserving a Music Room

Reservations for use of the Orchestra Room, Studio B, Drum Studio, or Chapel by eligible students can be made by completing the form below. Make your request at least 2 business days in advance in order to receive confirmation by your use date. Use is first come, first serve. Incomplete requests will be returned to the sender and no hold is placed on the room.

Please Note: You may request up to 4 weeks of use only in one reservation. After the completion of your reserved time, please submit another request if further time is needed with a venue.
