On campus students may begin moving in at 9:00 AM.

Orientation begins at 9:00 AM in classroom #3. Please bring your passport, visa and I-20 with you. Breakfast will be provided.

All new students will need to attend. Orientation begins at 8:30 AM in Classroom #3. New students will be able to finish matriculation on Thursday.

Matriculation is required to finalize your online registration process & will take place from 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM Thursday, January 13th.

If you are not able to attend Matriculation on January 13th, we would be happy to assist you in matriculating early. Contact the Administration Office for further details.

Chapel begins at 9:30 AM. The entire student body will be present for this powerful time of worship and the word. All parents who are in town are welcome to attend this kick off service.

The PBC offices will be closed in observance of the Holiday.

Please refer to your course schedule in Populi for times and locations.

Classes will be canceled on Friday, January 28th to give students the opportunity to get involved in this dynamic conference.

Student wanting to make changes to their class schedule need to see the Registrar in the Administration Building before 5 PM on Tuesday.

The music department’s Spring Recital will take place at 7:00 PM in the Chapel. Don’t miss it.

Wednesday is the last day to withdraw with passing. All students needing to withdraw from a class must see the registrar in the Admin Building before 5 PM in the 20th.

Closing Chapel begins at 10:15 AM.

Commencement will take place in the CBC Sanctuary on the Rocky Butte Campus on at 7:00 PM.

The Administration Offices will remain open during the summer. Regular office hours are Monday & Friday, 8 AM – 4 PM and Tuesday – Thursday, 8 AM – 5 PM excluding the Holidays noted above.
